Working with new stories is always a way to broaden my understanding of life, in this case, chocolates!  Romeo Chocolates is an artisan start-up company focusing on single-origin chocolates,  which means they work directly with the farmers. They know exactly where every ingredient is sourced from to make a beautiful chocolate confection.  Romeo wanted to document his journey to the Philippines to learn about culture, family and chocolate.  After countless amounts of samples here is what I created.
